Nandos - Expediency kills great brands
The Nandos is a brand or product its time has come. Its great birth begins in a not-so-famous suburb in the South of Johannesburg. It is the visionary founders and subsequent owners and employees that have lifted this brand to current heights. But expediency and reckless advertising threatens the consumer affinity and support of this brand. I believe that Nando's great advertising started its downward slide with the "Blind guide dog and the Old Lady".
